4. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information:
- to service providers and processors who perform services on our behalf (including hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, and error monitoring), subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
- to counterparties to a delivery, who may be shown limited information reasonably necessary to facilitate and verify the delivery;
- to legal and regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
- in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to customary safeguards; and
- otherwise with your consent or at your direction.
5. Aggregated and De-identified Information
We may aggregate, anonymise, or otherwise de-identify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies you. We may use and disclose such information for any lawful purpose, including analytics, research, and the improvement and development of products and services.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to, or interoperate with, websites, applications, or services operated by third parties (including mapping and navigation applications). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
7. International Transfers
Information we collect may be processed and stored on infrastructure located outside of Ghana. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is processed.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Requests may be submitted using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
12. Permissions
The Services request device permissions — including location, camera, and notifications — solely to the extent necessary to provide their functionality. You may manage or withdraw permissions at any time through your device settings; certain features may be unavailable without them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The amended policy will be made available through the Services or our website, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended policy.
